Description
Photographs of campfire debris I came across whilst on walkabout. Everything was lightly dusted with frost, giving the various miscellaneous ashes, bits of charred books and other remnants, a very odd and interesting look.
These were photographed in full colour with a Nikon D7100 and 35mm Nikkor prime, then converted to black and white.

Thank you Ann, happy you like them... I found it really interesting... mainly the frost highlighting all the edges... and because it was in the middle of nowhere really, and they must have carried everything there to burn, including lots of books and catalogues amongst things that were mainly metal... and it was near a copse with lots of fallen trees and branches that they didn't touch at all!... bit of a puzzle really ... (though they may not have been sober) :-)
