Title
Not a tear shed... too busy on eBay
Artist
Paul Davenport
Medium
Painting - Winsor & Newton Oils Onto Compressed Board
Description
Whilst I must admit I am starting to seriously depress myself, I thought it would be interesting to mix a normal painting style with that of my current more uncontrolled, mainly just to see what the contrast would produce!
I had been meaning to do a series of drawings exploring the subject of uncaring, distractions, sympathy, concern, empathy for others! but as usual got distracted and ended up producing this instead.
Painted with Winsor & Newton Oils onto compressed board.

Deeply touching, hard work to stand for you, but what emotions.
Paul Davenport replied:
Thank you Dagmar! - I was thinking of doing a series of drawings, all having two figures... one in distress and the other just not noticing, or caring... but haven't got it in my head how they would work yet!
